Our Party Rental Policies

Pricing

Our rental rates are for one day. Let us know if you desire long term rates. In most cases, orders may be picked up the day before and returned the day after your event. All charges are for time out, used or not, so make your selections carefully. Adjustments to your order may be made up to 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery, but cancellations may be subject to a charge. We honor prices quoted on orders written. Otherwise, they are subject to change without notice. Terms: 50% of order down at time of reservation and full payment no later than time of pickup. Resale items are to be paid for before they leave our store.

Reservations

Advance reservations are accepted and recommended. While we have ample quantities of most items, popular items are often booked early.

Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, someone needs to meet our delivery person at the site of delivery in order to save any confusion. Additional charges may be required if items need to be delivered up or downstairs.

Pickup and/or Return

All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed, dried and repacked in the same containers. All trash should be shaken off the linens and the linens should be dry to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pickup. All items should be assembled in a single location for pickup to avoid additional fees. Resale items may be returned for refund within 1 (one) week as long as the packages are not damaged or opened. Please provide receipt upon return of resale items.

Set-Up and Take Down

Set-up and take down service is available at a reasonable cost when arranged in advance. Report immediately any item received or not received for replacement or adjustment.

Loss or Damage

Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. You are responsible for equipment from time of pickup to time of return. We do charge for missing items at replacement cost.
